Random Acts of Kindness Week

I don’t know about you, but I always feel better after helping others!

I’m paraphrasing here, but Aristotle believed ‘doing good’ was the essence of life.
We recognise that paying it forward pays dividends back. It is well established that doing good, is good for you. Numerous studies have shown the psychological and physical benefits that can result from engaging in kind behaviour. This can range from smiling at strangers, holding open a door, giving away or sharing food, giving up a seat on the bus or train…the list is long!
Although we always want to be kind, and we don’t need a particular week or day to do this…it does help focus the mind.

So, during this Random Acts of Kindness week/day…what have you done and how has it made you feel?
