European Veterinary Code of Conduct

FVE (Federation of Veterinarians of Europe) presented the revised European Veterinary Code of Conduct. According to FVE President Rens van Dobbenburgh, standards for the practice of veterinary medicine are necessary for the health and welfare of animals, for public health, and also to ensure public trust in the veterinary profession. The Code aims to serve as guidance for veterinary professionals to meet the future needs of society and to constantly improve the quality of service.
