Changes in Canine Cortisol Measurements

The BSAVA, FECAVA and European Society of Veterinary Endocrinology (ESVE) are informing vets to pay attention to new reference values when measuring cortisol.

All results that are close to a threshold may need to be validated again because of the change in the antibody used for the cortisol test for the Siemens Immulite 2000.
