
World Mental Health Day is Thursday 10th October 2019
Today, the 10th October 2019, is World Mental Health Day and in recognition of this, FECAVA has produced this video to continue to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing within the profession.
We all have mental health, which is sometimes referred to as `emotional health` or `wellbeing`, and it’s as important to look after and be aware of, as our physical health.
So today, try to have a coffee and a chat with a friend or colleague so we can start to listen to each other.
