FEDIAF Manifesto
FEDIAF is the trade body representing the European pet food industry, producing 10.5 million tonnes of pet food worth around €29.1 billion. They employ around 1 million people (direct and indirect) and are represented in 18 European countries by 15 national trade associations and five companies.
FEDIAF collaborates with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure the supply of safe, nutritious, palatable and sustainable products for over 340 million pets in Europe. They are a growing sector that has circularity at its core. They are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership, in addition to supporting the important role of pets in society:
