We all have mental health. It is important to be aware that our, and others, mental health can be in a good place or not such a good place, day by day or minute by minute. It can change very quickly and we may not have any control over it.
Rarely do any of us know what the other is truly feeling or what has happened an hour before we speak with someone whether that is as a vet or a pet owner or buying something from the shop assistant who isn’t as helpful as they usually are.
This week is about being aware of our own mental health, looking after it, and being aware of others around us.
