Discounted Registration Rate for Emerging Countries

World Congress 12 - 15 April 2012

BSAVA is delighted to offer a discounted registration rate to attend the World Congress 12-15 April 2012. This discounted rate will be offered to the following countries which have been nominated by FECAVA/WSAVA.

 

Albania, Bosnia, Botswana, Bulgaria, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, FYROM, Guatemala, Herzegovina, Hungary, India, Iran, Jamaica, Kenya, Latvia, Lithuania, Malawi, Malaysia, Montenegro, Mozambique, Nepal, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Turkey, Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela, Vietnam Zimbabwe

 

The discounted rate is £335 which is a 20% discount off the early bird price whole congress price (£419).

 

A 50% reduction on the ticket price for the World Congress Welcome Evening (A Taste of Britain) will also be offered.

 

The discounted rate will only be offered if the criteria below are met.

Terms & Conditions:

  • The relevant national Association must co-ordinate the booking and must verify membership of their Association for the delegate.
  • There must be a minimum number of 5 in the party to qualify for this discount
  • Bookings must be received by 31 January 2012
  • Payment must be by credit card or bank draft (UK Sterling) and submitted with the booking
  • Simultaneous translation in Hall 1 will only be offered if 40 or more delegates from that country register and the request is received by 31 January 2012
  • Should simultaneous translation be requested, translators provided by the national association to assist BSAVA will receive free registration (max number of free registrations 2)
  • The delegate must be resident in the country eligible for the discounted rate
  • Bookings will not be available through the BSAVA website; enquiries in the first instance from the national Association should be to Alison Phipps a.phipps@bsava.com
